Evolve Case Study

Evolve is a business support and metoring business offering high level support to managers and business owners. In November 2020 they also launched their very own collaboration workspace. AnyTech Solutions were tasked with upgrading the support for the Evolve team and deploying a management suite of tools to enable the management of WiFi and services being offered on a rental basis.

The team have supported Evolve from start to finish during our IT update, as well as being an integral part of the restructuring, creation and installation of the IT needed for our Co-working Hub which launched October 2020. Chris and his team took our initial brief and came back to us with easy to understand suggestions, quotes and a plan of action. Always just a phone call away if we had any questions, communication from Chris and his team was great and we felt comfortable with the plan and confident installation would be finished by our launch date (which of course it was!).

Since our IT update and install of new hardware and systems, a more streamlined way of working has been implemented at Evolve, which has really helped now we working from home intermittently – making life a little easier and those dreaded IT issues one less thing to worry about!

With our new easy to use system in place for our Co-working Hub, it’s a simple process to add new co-workers, whether they be monthly or daily users, to the system to access the internet. Having this flexibility makes the job really easy.

Being an IT novice and finding any IT issue slightly daunting, Anytech are ALWAYS my first port of call… the team are always happy to help even if we realise it’s not their issue to solve, the team are happy to advise me what I should do next – making the issue less daunting! They are a great extension of our team.
